Some of you may not know how to roleplay, but don't let that get you down, and atleast read this tutorial and give it a shot. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
1) You need to know the ins and outs of the RPG your applying for. Thats all the registered characters so far, the plot of the story and the different places around the land. You also need to be extremely familiar with your own character, after all, they are a portrayal of yourself, which is why I recommend starting off with only one character, and changing it slightly to fit in with the different plots.
2) You also need to be able to type so that people can understand you. That doesn't mean you have to talk in fully-fledged, proper English, you just have to type so that people can read what you've said. Talkin like this is fine but i dnt want any l33t pl0x.
3) It helps if you can use an effective vocabulary, but it really isn't necessary. I just advise it, look at the difference in these two sentences;
Now don't you think the second one was much more interesting? If you didn't then fine, but just give it a go!

The wizard cast a spell and killed the monster.
